Full Week Camp Programs:

Eels, Crabs, & Creatures

Monday - Friday (8:50am - 1:00pm)
Members: $350.00/ Non-Members: $425.00

How many different kinds of animals live in the ocean and on the beach? Join this camp program as we travel to different coastal habitats to search for crabs, fish, snails, eels, and more.  We will learn about the different animals that call the beach home through games, art activities, and collecting trips.

Growing Up Wild
Monday - Friday (8:50am - 1:00pm)
Members: $350.00/ Non-Members: $425.00

What would it be like to have 100 brothers and sisters? Find out what it is like to “grow up wild” during this camp session as we explore beaches, forests, fields, and more  to learn about Nantucket animals. We will use scientific equipment including nets, aspirators, binoculars, magnifiers, etc. to help us find out what it is like to live in the wild.

Wild & Wacky Wetlands
Monday - Friday (8:50am - 1:00pm)

Explore the wetlands of Nantucket in this program full of adventure, discoveries, and wonder. Using scientific equipment, we will visit estuaries, harbors, swamps, and bogs to find the amazing creatures that live in them. We will use games, guided exploration, and activities to learn more about these important habitats.

Bodacious Bugs
Monday - Friday (8:50am - 1:00pm)

There are more insects in the world than all other creatures on earth! Learn about the weird, wacky, and wonderful insects and spiders that live all around us. We will visit different habitats each day and use special equipment to collecta wide variety of fascinating bugs and insects to identify and observe.

Half Week Camp Programs:

Art & Oceans
Monday/Wednesday/Friday (8:50am – 1:00pm)

Discover the hidden magic of ocean and beach life during this exciting camp week!  We’ll visit different beaches and use crafts, sculpture, and art to explore Nantucket’s largest ecosystem and learn about its inhabitants.

Slimy Skin & Scales
Monday/Wednesday/Friday (8:50am – 1:00pm)

What makes a snake different than a salamander? To find out, join us during this camp week as we travel around the island searching out turtles, snakes, frogs, fish, and more! We will use games, guided exploration, and hands-on activities to learn about these important animals and how they survive in the wild.
