The Wee Explorers program provides your child with his/her first peek at Nantucket’s natural world. Each Discovery Class balances play, art, sensory exploration, and hands-on learning. Wee Explorers will create art, play nature games, hear stories, and explore local habitats. We offer full week, 3-day and 2-day programs to fit your schedule and your child’s interest.
Class description for Crafty Critters: Discover the artistry of animals large and small. Explore the ways they build their homes, catch food, and the signs they leave behind.
Class details: Meets at the Nantucket Elementary School before departing by bus to the day's teaching location. By registering your child you are certifying that your child meets the age requirements for this class as of June 1, 2010.
